“Learning is like rowing upstream: not to go forward is to drop back.”

While this proverb is ancient, its proximity to my standpoint on education is uncanny. The subtle hint of challenge that underlines this adage is something that has hitherto driven me in my pursuits. Interest is too little a word to describe my deep felt reverence towards the discipline of Computer Science. Ever since learning about Python as a programming language at my under graduate level, I have been hooked. Its sheer expanse and untapped potential is something that has struck a chord with me.

Objective:

Projects

Self-Healing of Data centers using Nagios Core and RedFish API

Integrated Nagios Core with Redfish API and enabled passive monitoring. Forecasted CPU Temperature at cluster level, predicted the severity levels and used self-healing methodology to solve the temperature problem

Graph Traversal in Distributed Systems over a Graph Database Array

Implemented a middle ware called graph partitioner which consisted of many graph partitioning algorithms that partitioned the graph into clusters and stored in distributed database array. Designed BFS (Breadth First Search) Algorithm for the distributed graph database array and evaluated its performance.

Student Recruitment

Designed a website that can be used as a tool by Universities to manage a ‘‘Student Recruitment’’ day where prospective students could sign up to visit campus, attend sessions from many academic and athletic departments, tour the campus, learn how to apply for admission and student aid. Developed the website using JSP, Servlets, CSS, Bootstrap, HTML and handled the website database using Mongo Db

E-Medication

Used Machine Learning algorithms to diagnose user health condition (information about minor health related diseases) and created a webpage for easy appointments to visit doctors

Training and Placement Office(TPO)

Designed a mobile application which provides interaction between the Students and the Training and Placement Office(TPO). Minute to Minute details such as training activities and placement drives happening on the campus can be learnt by the user. Utilized Android Studio Frame Work, PHP, HTML and SQL.
